Prior to all valets, we carry out a full assessment of the work to be performed. This is because we pride ourselves on looking after your car and making sure the work we do is carried out to perfection. We remove all personal items from your vehicle and store them safely in a bag, which will be placed in your boot on completion of our work. After the valet we perform a full inspection of the vehicle with you, to ensure that the work meets our rigorously high standards.

With our Silver Valet you will receive the following:
• Your vehicle is meticulously washed and waxed, by hand
• The bodywork is dried to remove any chance of water marks
• Alloy wheels are sprayed with the market-leading non-acidic
wheel cleaner. Not only is this guaranteed not to damage your alloys, but its deep cleaning performance removes stubborn brake dust and grime, leaving your wheels looking brand new
• Tar and glue is removed using Autosmart professional tar and glue remover
• All door shuts and the boot shut are thoroughly polished
• Ashtrays are removed, washed out, dried and replaced
• Your car’s interior is vacuumed
• Tyres, trims, mud flaps and any other vinyl and rubber areas are dressed
• All interior and exterior windows and mirrors are polished to an immaculate standard
With our Gold Valet you will receive the following:

• The car’s roof lining is then cleaned to take away all marks and fingerprints
• Air vents and dashboard are brushed to get rid of unwanted dust
• After cleaning all interior plastics we then dress them so your car’s interior is left in showroom condition
• Your vehicle’s engine is degreased, cleaned and dressed
• Bodywork is hand polished using Autosmart’s mirror image
• Tyres, trims, mudflaps and any other vinyl and rubber areas are dressed
• All interior and exterior windows and mirrors are polished to an immaculate standard

Following a detailed inspection of your car, inside and out, this is what is included;
• Washer fluid checked and replenished
• Oil checked and replenished
• Tyre treads and pressures checked – we will notify you of the results
• ALL rubbish is removed from the car and personal items are put in a secure safe place
• Remove floor mats and the spare wheel from the boot, and all other items that will be cleaned
• We then clean your car by hand with high quality car wax shampoo - this leaves the car looking shiny, giving the paintwork a high gloss look and protection
• Your car’s wheels are then professionally cleaned to leave them looking brand new without brake dust and tar spots
• All door shuts and the boot shut are cleaned
• Bonnet is lifted up and the bonnet shuts are cleaned
• Your car’s engine is degreased ready to be professionally cleaned with high quality products - we ensure that products we use on engines are suitable and will NOT harm your engine, but only enhance its performance and looks
• Mud flaps, wheels arches, the spare wheel and the wheel cover are washed and polished to ensure that they are clean and look in top condition
• Your car’s bodywork and windows are then carefully dried by hand ensuring no water marks are left on the car
• We now complete cleaning your engine by dressing it with the finest high quality liquids which are safe and will enhance the look
• Ashtrays and all other compartments are emptied thoroughly washed, cleaned, and dried
• Your car’s whole interior is vacuumed to perfection, including, doors, roof lining, seats, carpets, boot and mats
• The car’s roof lining is then cleaned to take away all marks and fingerprints
• We then shampoo the whole car - this includes the seats, door upholstery, mats and carpets
• If your interior is leather, we apply specialist Autosmart leather cleaner and leather supplement to clean and revamp your leather to make it look new and to stop the leather opening up
• All interior plastics, including dashboard, side compartments, doors etc are polished with top Autosmart products
• Air vents and dashboard are brushed to get rid of unwanted dust
• After cleaning all interior plastics we then dress them so your car’s interior is left in showroom condition
• The boot shut and door shuts are then dressed to finish the effect
• All tar and glue spots are removed by hand
• The car is then prepared for being cut back using specialist compounds - we do this by masking your car up and applying our products to all exterior plastics
• Bodywork is cut back with appropriate restorer supplied by Autosmart; the polish is applied by hand to the whole car and is then buffed off with a specialist autosmart buffing machine.
• Ten minutes after being buffed, the paint restorer is taken off by hand - this process will remove most scratches and blemishes to your paintwork
• Tyres, exterior trims, mud flaps, wheel cover and spare wheels are dressed
• We now do the final step to finish off your interior valet by inserting our professional fogging machine into your vehicle to get rid of any diseases, bad odours and smells; you choose a fragrance from our wide selection and the chosen fragrance is guaranteed to remain in your car for at least three months. Your whole car is filled with steam and is left for fifteen minutes; on completion the car smells of your chosen fragrance and all previous bad odours / smells will be gone
• All personal items will be replaced or will be put in a bag and left in the boot.
• Carpet mats will be replaced
• All windows and mirrors (exterior & interior) are polished will specialist glass polish to remover all finger and other marks
• ‘Rain X’ rain repellent is then applied to the windscreen and rear window
• Our complementary hanging air freshener, seat covers and floor mats are applied
Final checks:
• We now make finals checks to both the interior and exterior of your car, to make sure we have given your car the best valet it will ever have!
• We check all the work we have carried out with you, to make sure it has been done to the highest standard possible and that you are completely happy with our job.
